Scoil Ui Chonaill CLG
Over the past seven years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with this fantastic club to develop a long-term strategy focused on energy performance, accessibility, and inclusion.
This collaborative process has led to a series of interventions, upgrades, and additions to the club’s 1960s and 1980s buildings in the heart of Clontarf.
The first of these is a new entrance portico and accessible lift serving the first-floor of the existing 1980’s clubhouse meeting rooms and bar. The clubhouse will also undergo a fabric upgrade, with the ground floor being reconfigured to improve accessibility, provide universal toilet facilities, and offer an enhanced viewing experience from the bar onto the pitch
The second addition is an extension of the the 1960’s dressing rooms. The new addition introduces a multi-purpose space that will function as a community room, an indoor training area for younger players, and an additional dressing room — a flexible facility designed to support both the club and the wider community.
