Contemporary infill housing to the rear of an existing semidetached house situated on a corner plot. It also includes the reconfiguration and full refurbishment of the existing dwelling, incorporating a rear extension. To ensure cohesive integration of the new dwellings within the site, a strategic landscape plan forms a key part of the design. This plan includes a shared level-access entrance for both pedestrians and vehicles, landscaped areas, green space and designed facilities for bin storage, as well as bicycle and car parking.

The architectural design responds to its surrounding context in terms of scale, form, and materials, while incorporating contemporary detailing. The material palette features redbrick complemented by a mixture of smooth and rough cast render.
